    I would like to order the Queen of Hearts gown for my daughter for Halloween go we’re it says in the shopping cart that it won’t drop for shipment until 10/21. We need this by 10/25 so I wondered if you could confirm if in fact the dress would be ready to ship on the 21st if I ordered it today.

    Regarding order #192804 Hi I am very frustrated at this moment. I placed an order on 12th and I live in Hawaii. You guys sent out the package via Parcel Select which takes weeks or up to a month to get to Hawaii. The expected delivery date is 4th of December. I am extremely upset about this. My daughters birthday party is on the 1st of December. It is pointless for me to receive these dresses so late. Can you please expedite this delivery so that I can get it asap and I will return the order that I get late? Or just give a refund on these items. Please do something this situation. I read 5-7 business days shipping when I placed an order. I would've not ordered if it was going to take this long.

    I placed an order two weeks ago. I can not get any information on when they will be shipped. I was told 3 times a date that they would be shipped and after today all 3 dates have passed. Please can I get someone to contact me on my order number 191899!

    Returned one dress and put the order for the same dress in a smaller size. Sent my return (accepted by the post office on 11/16). Contacted customer service about my refund and got this email. Not sure what the next steps are.

    Ordered the Katrina Dress and received the Harmony Gown. Event is Oct. 11, can you send the correct dress before event date?

    Did anyone ever receive their order?? I ordered the Cruella dress on Oct 4th for my daughter for Halloween. She already missed having it for her costume party. If we don't get it by her school party next Friday, I want a refund.
